WDR77

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR77 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,810 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR77-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5PB, PSMA5, and DDX20. Each is linked with WDR77 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR77-to-partner and partner-to-WDR77 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR77 versus ATP5PB in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR77→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR77) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
