WDR72

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR72 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,824 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR72-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to prostaglandin D, Cellular response to prostaglandin D stimulus, and Response to endoplasmic reticulum stress. Each is linked with WDR72 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR72-to-partner and partner-to-WDR72 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Response to prostaglandin D grouped by WDR72-low versus WDR72-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR72→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR72) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
