WDR72

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR72 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 474 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR72-associated genes across cancer lineages are INSL5, NANOGNB, and MROH5. Each is linked with WDR72 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR72-to-partner and partner-to-WDR72 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INSL5 grouped by WDR72-low versus WDR72-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR72→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR72) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
