WDR7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,413 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMAD4, RPL7A, and YME1L1. Each is linked with WDR7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR7-to-partner and partner-to-WDR7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR7 versus SMAD4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
