WDR7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,303 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR7-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC31A2, TLR8, and CRTAM. Each is linked with WDR7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR7-to-partner and partner-to-WDR7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR7 versus SLC31A2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
