Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 32,168 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DMXL2, DMXL1, and ANKRD44. Each is linked with WDR7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR7-to-partner and partner-to-WDR7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR7 versus DMXL2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.96.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
