WDR7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, PDCD4, and Rad50. Each is linked with WDR7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR7-to-partner and partner-to-WDR7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by WDR7-low versus WDR7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
