WDR7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR7 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 6,894 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGEF12, ANKS1B, and SYNGAP1. Each is linked with WDR7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR7-to-partner and partner-to-WDR7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARHGEF12 grouped by WDR7-low versus WDR7-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
