Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR62 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,866 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR62-associated genes across cancer lineages are DRG1, MIR1302-5, and PRMT5. Each is linked with WDR62 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR62-to-partner and partner-to-WDR62 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DRG1 grouped by WDR62-low versus WDR62-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR62→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR62) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
