Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR62 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,266 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR62-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF18B, KMT2B, and POLD1. Each is linked with WDR62 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR62-to-partner and partner-to-WDR62 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR62 versus KIF18B in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR62→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR62) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
