Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR62 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,320 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR62-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Constitutive heterochromatin formation, Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis, and Regulation of DNA-templated DNA replication. Each is linked with WDR62 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR62-to-partner and partner-to-WDR62 results are reported.
