WDR6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,148 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPM2AIP1, RBM15B, and STAG1. Each is linked with WDR6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR6-to-partner and partner-to-WDR6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR6 versus EPM2AIP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR6→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
