WDR6

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,505 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLBD1-AS1, ZNF385C, and PCAT1. Each is linked with WDR6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR6-to-partner and partner-to-WDR6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR6 versus PLBD1-AS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR6→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
