Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR6-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, G6PD, and Claudin-7. Each is linked with WDR6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR6-to-partner and partner-to-WDR6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK_pT183_Y185 grouped by WDR6-low versus WDR6-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR6→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
