WDR6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,217 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, Regulation of telomere maintenance, and Positive regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with WDR6 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR6-to-partner and partner-to-WDR6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair grouped by WDR6-low versus WDR6-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR6→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
