Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 303 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR6-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF6, OR2M4, and RHOXF1. Each is linked with WDR6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR6-to-partner and partner-to-WDR6 results are reported.
