Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WDR54 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated WDR54 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher WDR54 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WDR54 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC show a favorable association.

UCEC, PDAC, and LUAD are the cancer types where WDR54 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
