WDR54

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR54 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,992 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR54-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CFAP36, MSH2, and RFC5. Each is linked with WDR54 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR54-to-partner and partner-to-WDR54 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR54 versus CFAP36 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR54→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR54) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
