Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR54 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,554 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR54-associated genes across cancer lineages are OSCP1, C9orf116, and DYNLRB2. Each is linked with WDR54 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR54-to-partner and partner-to-WDR54 results are reported.
