WDR53

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR53 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,676 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR53-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUPT6H, PRKAA2, and C1orf50. Each is linked with WDR53 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR53-to-partner and partner-to-WDR53 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR53→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR53) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
