Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WDR5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated WDR5 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher WDR5 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WDR5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD and BRCA are the cancer types where WDR5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
