WDR49

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR49 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,831 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR49-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZMYND10, RFX2_S171, and CAPS. Each is linked with WDR49 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR49-to-partner and partner-to-WDR49 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR49 versus ZMYND10 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR49→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR49) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
