WDR49

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR49 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,633 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR49-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3619, CENPM, and TXNL4A. Each is linked with WDR49 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR49-to-partner and partner-to-WDR49 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3619 grouped by WDR49-low versus WDR49-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR49→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR49) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
