WDR49

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR49 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR49-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTF1, PCNA, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with WDR49 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR49-to-partner and partner-to-WDR49 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTF1 grouped by WDR49-low versus WDR49-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR49→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR49) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
