The most reproducible WDR49-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility, Protein stabilization, and Cilium-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with WDR49 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR49-to-partner and partner-to-WDR49 results are reported.
