Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WDR47 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated WDR47 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher WDR47 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WDR47 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and COAD show a favorable association.
READ, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where WDR47 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
