WDR47

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR47 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,263 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR47-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SDF2L1, ACSL5, and CD48. Each is linked with WDR47 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR47-to-partner and partner-to-WDR47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR47 versus SDF2L1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR47→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
