WDR47

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR47 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,574 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR47-associated genes across cancer lineages are SARS1, TP53AIP1, and ARHGEF37. Each is linked with WDR47 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR47-to-partner and partner-to-WDR47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR47 versus SARS1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR47→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
