WDR47

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR47 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR47-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, P-Cadherin, and Rictor_pT1135. Each is linked with WDR47 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR47-to-partner and partner-to-WDR47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK_pT183_Y185 grouped by WDR47-low versus WDR47-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR47→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
