WDR45

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR45 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,292 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR45-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GPKOW, UBA1, and HUWE1. Each is linked with WDR45 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR45-to-partner and partner-to-WDR45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR45→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
