Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR44 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,992 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR44-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCYL2, STX17, and TSTD2. Each is linked with WDR44 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR44-to-partner and partner-to-WDR44 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR44 versus SCYL2 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR44→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
