Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR44 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,230 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR44-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL13RA1, IDS, and CD33. Each is linked with WDR44 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR44-to-partner and partner-to-WDR44 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR44 versus IL13RA1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR44→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
