Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR44 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,666 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR44-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic ciliogenesis, Regulation of post-translational protein modification, and Negative regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with WDR44 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR44-to-partner and partner-to-WDR44 results are reported.
