WDR44

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR44 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR44-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L6, CBLN4, and DEFB125. Each is linked with WDR44 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR44-to-partner and partner-to-WDR44 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1L6 grouped by WDR44-low versus WDR44-high in BONE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR44→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
