WDR43

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR43 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,923 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR43-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UTP4, NOL11, and NOL6. Each is linked with WDR43 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR43-to-partner and partner-to-WDR43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR43 versus UTP4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR43→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
