WDR43

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR43 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,180 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR43-associated genes across cancer lineages are HROB, ARHGEF6, and SLC5A6. Each is linked with WDR43 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR43-to-partner and partner-to-WDR43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR43 versus HROB in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR43→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
