Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR43 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,445 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR43-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS26P30, FAM74A7, and NPLP1. Each is linked with WDR43 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR43-to-partner and partner-to-WDR43 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS26P30 grouped by WDR43-low versus WDR43-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR43→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
