Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR43 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,005 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR43-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endonucleolytic cleavage to generate mature 5'-end of SSU-rRNA from (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), rRNA 5'-end processing, and Maturation of 5.8S rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA). Each is linked with WDR43 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR43-to-partner and partner-to-WDR43 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Endonucleolytic cleavage to generate mature 5'-end of SSU-rRNA from (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA) grouped by WDR43-low versus WDR43-high in BONE.
