Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WDR4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated WDR4 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher WDR4 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WDR4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, UCEC, and GBM are the cancer types where WDR4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
