WDR4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,798 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RRP1, CDC20, and ANLN. Each is linked with WDR4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR4-to-partner and partner-to-WDR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR4 versus RRP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
