WDR4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,434 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FADS1, EI24, and ZDHHC7. Each is linked with WDR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR4-to-partner and partner-to-WDR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FADS1 grouped by WDR4-low versus WDR4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
