WDR35

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,402 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR35-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADNP, PCIF1, and MYEF2. Each is linked with WDR35 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR35-to-partner and partner-to-WDR35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR35 versus ADNP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR35→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
