WDR33

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR33 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,820 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR33-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM97, UBE2T, and ADNP. Each is linked with WDR33 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR33-to-partner and partner-to-WDR33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR33 versus TMEM97 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR33→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
