Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR33 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,782 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR33-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBGCP5, TIMM9, and LACTB. Each is linked with WDR33 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR33-to-partner and partner-to-WDR33 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBGCP5 grouped by WDR33-low versus WDR33-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR33→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
