WDR33

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR33 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 196 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR33-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP4-4, FZD10, and ATXN3L. Each is linked with WDR33 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR33-to-partner and partner-to-WDR33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP4-4 grouped by WDR33-low versus WDR33-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR33→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
