Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,849 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCAN2, IL16, and ATP8B4. Each is linked with WDR3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR3-to-partner and partner-to-WDR3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR3 versus RCAN2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
