WDR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,831 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR651, IPO5P1, and RNA5SP404. Each is linked with WDR3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR3-to-partner and partner-to-WDR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR651 grouped by WDR3-low versus WDR3-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
