Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,466 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase I promoter, and IMP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with WDR3 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR3-to-partner and partner-to-WDR3 results are reported.
