WDR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SALL3, IFT52, and USP14. Each is linked with WDR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR3-to-partner and partner-to-WDR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SALL3 grouped by WDR3-low versus WDR3-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
