Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WDR20 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated WDR20 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher WDR20 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WDR20 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and LSCC show a favorable association.

PDAC, HNSC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where WDR20 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
